The Hauser’s decision to remodel their master bathroom in Waterloo, IL came from the need to update their space.  The bathroom already had a unique shape so Fulford Home Remodeling and the homeowner decided not to change the layout and only to update the features, including enlarging their existing neo-angle shower and switching a built in bathtub for a MTI Adeline Free-standing mineral composite soaker tub. The two vanities were also updated with Aristokraft cabinetry in “Lillian Purestyle” door profile in a white color and Cambria Quartz countertop in “Blackstone” color with a Pencil edge profile.  The same Cambria countertop was used as wall caps around the shower, on the ledge below the window, and on the arched opening by the toilet.  The new enlarged shower features a Signature frameless shower enclosure with 3/8” thick clear glass, hinged pivot door, stationary glass panels on the short walls, and a nickel finish top track. The shower floor tiles are “Atlas Concord Path in White Mosaic, laid in a basket weave, the Shower wall tiles are 12x24  “Danya Stream V3” installed in a vertical stack pattern, and there is an accent row of tile in “Centuri Zeta Mosaic”.  The flooring in the bathroom is Coretec Pro-Plus Enhanced luxury vinyl plank flooring in 7’ wide “Elster Oak” color.  This gorgeous master suite renovation added both value and a spa-like feeling to the room, resulting in a happy customer.
