With the earlier addition of an in-ground swimming pool, Mr. Biava contacted Fulford Home Remodeling to design an addition and living area that would coordinate with the new pool area. During the “3-D” design phase, a large emphasis was put on outdoor entertaining, which was the driving force behind this 20' x 14' sunroom addition with a pool bathroom. The bay window and a section of the rear wall were removed, and support headers were installed to open the new sunroom into the kitchen. The kitchen was totally redesigned, with Kitchen Craft maple cabinetry, Corian solid surface countertops, under-cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances, and Dura-Ceramic flooring. The existing master bathroom was also redesigned and updated, the washer and dryer were relocated to the new addition, the master bedroom walls and hallway reconfigured, and an Anderson patio door was installed in the master bedroom, allowing access to the pool area. This dynamic whole house remodel greatly improved the livability and value of this home, all resulting in a “great fit” for Fulford & Mr. Biava.
