Over the past five years, Tim has become one of our valued employees. Tim works to satisfy our clients post-move-in. As a service coordinator, Tim comes into the building process after closing to ensure the home-buying process is fully completed to the homeowner’s expectations. He coordinates our warranty services to make sure we deliver on what we promise. After a long career in sales and service, Tim wanted to work in a field he was passionate about. He enjoys the home-building process and the satisfaction of bringing the homeowner’s vision to life. This new career has allowed Tim the work life balance he has always wanted. It is rewarding getting to help each client and be a resource for them as they settle into their new home.
