Meet our Staff

John began his career as a residential carpenter in 1976, first completing a 4-year apprenticeship program, and then transitioning into remodeling sales and management in 1988. He enjoys assisting his clients in their remodeling needs, from the initial in-home consultation, thru the Design process, and eventually thru the construction process. Through his efforts along with efforts of the Spencer Design and Construction team, John has multiple repeat and referral clients. He enjoys turning their remodeling dreams into realities. John’s community involvement includes being past president and board member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Metro East Association.
