Brett Fechte
General Manager
As one of Spencer Homes’ General Managers, Brett brings more than a decade of experience and expertise in both residential and commercial construction. After graduating from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, Brett advanced to a superintendent role with one of the area’s largest construction management general contractors. Clients appreciate Brett’s forward-thinking approach and strategic partnership during the build process.
