Meet our Staff

Ken works within our Spencer Remodeling division as a Designer and Estimator. After 20 years with previously named, Fulford Remodeling, Ken takes on an important role within the company. Before the remodeling job is started, Ken reviews all information for the client’s wants and needs and converts those ideas into a 3D model to give them a virtual reality of their project. He works with our interior designers and trade partners to create a detailed budget to show the cost of the project. After the job is sold, Ken works with the production team to go over specific elements of projects that may need closer attention and help answer any questions that may arise during the construction of the project.

Ken has been involved in the carpentry / construction fields since he was 13 years old. In his youth, he worked weekends with his dad and uncle doing shingling and siding jobs. Ken has helped to create many systems to help account for all aspects of a remodel project. Ken takes immense pride in figuring the job correctly and accounting for every detail so the cost of the project is accurate.
