Meet our Staff

Mike is an alum of SIUE and when not in the classroom his college years were spent working for a local residential construction & development company. Those early experiences remained with him throughout a 15 year corporate career. Since starting Spencer Homes in 2005, Mike has been focused on building quality homes as well as making the custom home building process simpler and more enjoyable for clients. In 2014, Mike earned the National Association of Home Builders CAPS certification. As a certified universal/accessible home design specialist he ensures customers can live in their home comfortably, safely, and independently for as long as they want, regardless of age or ability.

Mike sits on the board of directors for the Home Builders and Remodelers Metro East Association.
